The AGV composite robot for carrying and conveying comprises a frame, two track driving units, a fixing table, a plurality of leveling supporting legs and an adjusting assembly, and a power source and a controller which are connected are installed in the frame; the two track driving units are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the frame, and the track driving units are connected with the controller; the fixing table is arranged at the top of the frame, a mechanical arm is arranged on the fixing table, a mechanical clamp capable of being rotationally connected is arranged at the tail end of the mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm and the mechanical clamp are both connected with the controller; the plurality of leveling support legs are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the fixed table; the adjusting assembly comprises a horizontal sensor and a plurality of height adjusters connected with the horizontal sensor, the horizontal sensor is arranged on the fixing table, and the height adjusters are arranged on the leveling supporting legs in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the AGV composite robot for carrying and conveying, the height of the leveling supporting legs is adjusted through the height adjusters, and the stability and safety of the AGV composite robot for carrying and conveying are effectively improved.
