The invention discloses a bleeder circuit, a charging and discharging circuit, a vehicle electric control system and an automobile, the bleeder circuit comprises a bleeder resistor circuit and a bleeder control circuit, the bleeder resistor circuit is arranged between a first bus and a second bus, and the bleeder control circuit is connected with the bleeder resistor circuit; and when the energy of the energy storage circuit between the first bus and the second bus needs to be discharged, the discharge resistance circuit is controlled by the discharge control circuit to discharge the energy of the energy storage circuit. When the energy of the energy storage circuit does not need to be discharged, the discharge control circuit controls the discharge resistance circuit to stop discharging the energy of the energy storage circuit, so that the discharge resistance circuit is in a non-working state, the loss of the discharge circuit is reduced, the discharge efficiency is improved, the energy is saved, and meanwhile, the service life of the discharge circuit is prolonged; therefore, the energy of the energy storage circuit is actively discharged, and the energy discharge performance of the discharge circuit is improved.
