The invention discloses a pre-charging and active-discharging control circuit of an electric automobile. A positive electrode of a power battery is connected with a main positive relay S1 in series toone end of a thin-film capacitor; a negative electrode of the power battery is connected with the main negative relay S2 in series to the other end of the film capacitor; one end of the pre-charging/discharging resistor is connected between the main positive relay S1 and the thin-film capacitor; the other end of the pre-charging/discharging resistor is connected in series between the pre-chargingswitch S3 and the main positive relay S1 and the positive electrode of the power battery; one end of the discharge control switch S4 is connected between the total negative relay S2 and the thin-filmcapacitor; and the other end of the discharging control switch S4 is connected between the pre-charging switch S3 and the positive electrode of the power battery. According to the circuit, the pre-charging circuit and the active discharging circuit are multiplexed, and a pre-charging/discharging resistor is used for realizing pre-charging and active discharging of the circuit; centralized controlis carried out through a BMS, and integrated control over pre-charging and discharging is achieved; redundancy of a control circuit is reduced, circuit cost is reduced, and stability and safety of the system are improved.
