    本发明涉及磁信号辅助驾驶技术领域,尤其涉及一种车路协同辅助驾驶的道路磁单元编码制备装置及方法,包括机架,在机架上设有转盘,在转盘的顶部设有用于制备道路磁单元的压制机构,在机架的底部设有用于检测磁信号的检测机构,压制机构包括开设于转盘上八个环形阵列分布的压料孔,且八个压料孔分别依次为放料位、压实插孔位、充磁位、填孔位、一次压实位、翻转位、二次压实位和落料位。本发明可以实现自编码自充磁自检测,无需人工逐个制作,节省人力资源,降低人工成本,提升制作的道路磁单元精度,避免出现目前制作磁编码单元耗费大量的人力资源和时间成本而降低制作效率的情况,同时使整个制作流程更加流畅,提高了制作道路磁单元的效率。
