The mechanism comprises a shell assembly, a clutch assembly and a lock mechanism, the shell assembly comprises an outer shell and an inner shell which are installed in a sleeved mode, and a clutch installation cavity is formed in the inner shell and used for installing the clutch assembly; the inner shell and the outer shell are combined to form a lock installation cavity, the lock installation cavity is perpendicular to the axis of the clutch installation cavity, communicated with the axis of the clutch installation cavity and used for installing a lock mechanism, and the release shaft in the clutch assembly is provided with a radial hole in the radial direction. The lock mechanism installed through the lock installation cavity ejects the end of the lock mechanism into the annular groove of the core shaft through the acting force of a spring in the lock mechanism so as to limit and lock the core shaft, so that the release shaft cannot be separated from the release rocker arm when the core shaft is locked by the lock mechanism. According to the technical scheme, the problem that after an existing clutch is installed, due to the fact that the mistaken disengaging fault possibly occurs, line systems on the two sides cannot be operated at the same time, and the flight mission of an aircraft is degraded is solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于离合器的防误脱开机构,包括:壳体组件、离合器组件,以及锁机构,壳体组件包括套设安装外壳体和内壳体,内壳体中设置有离合器安装腔体,用于安装离合器组件;且内壳体与外壳体组合形成锁安装腔体,锁安装腔体与离合器安装腔体的轴线垂直、且相连通,用于安装锁机构,离合器组件中释放轴沿径向开设有径向孔,通过锁安装腔体安装的锁机构通过其内部弹簧作用力将其端部顶入到芯轴的环形凹槽内,以对芯轴进行限位锁定,使得芯轴在被锁机构锁定的状态下,释放轴不能与释放摇臂脱开。本发明实施例的技术方案解决了现有离合器装机后,由于可能出现误脱开故障,从而导致无法同时操纵两侧线系,造成飞机飞行任务降级的问题。
