The invention particularly discloses a forklift loading method and system.The forklift loading method comprises the steps that a horizontal monitor is used for monitoring the horizontal difference value of the left side and the right side of loaded goods, whether the horizontal difference value reaches a first threshold value or not is judged, if yes, a distance sensor is used for monitoring the height difference value between the goods and an obstacle, and if not, the distance sensor is used for monitoring the height difference value between the goods and the obstacle; and whether the height difference value reaches a second threshold value or not is judged, if yes, loading or driving is continued, and whether the horizontal difference value reaches the first threshold value or not and whether the height difference value reaches the second threshold value or not are continuously judged in the loading or driving continued process. According to the forklift loading method, the cargo loading stability can be improved, and the safety risk is reduced or avoided.

    本发明具体公开了一种叉车装载方法及系统,所述叉车装载方法包括利用水平监测器监测装载货物左右两侧的水平差值,判断所述水平差值是否达到第一阈值,若是,则利用距离传感器监测货物与障碍物之间的高度差值,判断所述高度差值是否达到第二阈值,若是,则继续装载或继续行驶,在继续装载或继续行驶的过程中持续判断所述水平差值是否达到第一阈值和所述高度差值是否达到第二阈值。本发明的叉车装载方法,可以提高货物装载的稳定性,降低或避免安全风险。
