The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle propeller clamp device which comprises a propeller clamp assembly used for fixing two propeller blades, the propeller clamp assembly comprises a positioning guide part in lap joint with the sides, away from a motor assembly, of the two propeller blades, and a toggle clip assembly buckled with the sides, away from the propeller blades, of the positioning guide part; the positioning guide piece comprises a guide part which is lapped between the two blades, positioning parts which extend outwards along the two sides of the guide part and are lapped on the blades, at least two clamping pieces which are movably embedded in the guide part in at least part, and a second spring which is embedded in the middle of the guide part in at least part; the two paddles can be preliminarily fixed above the two paddles through a clamping bolt by virtue of a positioning guide piece, then a toggle clip assembly is buckled above the positioning guide piece, so that two clamping pieces on the positioning guide piece penetrate out along a buckling groove, and the top penetrating-out parts of the clamping pieces move towards a shell at the edge of the buckling groove after penetrating out by virtue of extrusion of a second spring; and buckling with the top shell of the positioning guide piece is completed, so that quick buckling is realized.
