The invention relates to the technical field of propeller measurement, in particular to an unmanned aerial vehicle propeller measurement device which comprises a rotating platform used for installing a to-be-measured propeller and driving the to-be-measured propeller to rotate, a measurement tool installed on blades of the to-be-measured propeller and used for providing a measurement reference surface, and a tilt angle sensor. The tilt angle sensor is installed on the measuring tool and used for collecting state data of the measuring tool when the propeller to be measured rotates, and the control module is connected with the tilt angle sensor and the rotating platform and used for obtaining the state data of the propeller to be measured and controlling the motion state of the propeller. According to the technical scheme, automatic measurement of the pitch angle can be achieved, the problem that an existing measurement method is time-consuming and labor-consuming is solved, the measurement efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, meanwhile, interference of human factors is eliminated, the measurement precision is improved, and the accuracy of a measurement result is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及螺旋桨测量技术领域,尤其是涉及一种无人机螺旋桨测量装置,包括旋转平台,用于安装待测螺旋桨,并带动所述待测螺旋桨旋转,测量工装,安装在所述待测螺旋桨的桨叶上,用于提供测量基准面,倾角传感器,安装在所述测量工装上,用于在所述待测螺旋桨旋转时,对所述测量工装的状态数据进行采集,控制模块,与所述倾角传感器和所述旋转平台连接,用于获取所述待测工装的状态数据,并对所述螺旋桨的运动状态进行控制。本发明的技术方案能够实现对桨距角的自动测量,解决了现有测量方法费时费力的问题,提高了测量效率,降低了人力成本,同时消除了人为因素的干扰,提高了测量精度,保证了测量结果的准确性。
