The present application relates to a distributed flap system comprising: two sets of flaps; the flap actuation driving device is configured to be used for driving a corresponding flap airfoil according to an instruction of the flap and slat electronic control unit FSECU and outputting a corresponding rotating torque; fSECU1 and FSECU2, the FSECU1 is used for controlling the flap actuation driving device of the inner flap, and the FSECU2 is used for controlling the flap actuation driving device of the outer flap; a flap and slat control handle FSCL; a flap actuator; the flap position sensor is used for feeding back a position signal of a corresponding flap airfoil to the FSECU1 and the FSECU2; a transmission line system device; the brake device is configured to be driven by the locking motor and further lock the flap system when the system breaks down; wherein the flap actuation driving device is formed by integrating a ball screw actuator and a motor/brake device, and the flap actuation driving device comprises a non-return device of the ball screw actuator, and the non-return device is used for preventing the corresponding flap airfoil from reversing when the system has faults such as jamming or disengagement.
