The invention discloses a distributed independent drive flap control system and method. Comprising a flap control handle, a flap control computer, a servo driver and a servo motor, the flap control handle is used for outputting a handle instruction signal; the flap control computer is used for resolving the handle command signal; the servo driver is used for carrying out vector control on the servo motor according to the solved handle instruction signal; and the servo motor is used for driving the flap to act. According to the invention, the system structure is simplified, the system weight is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the risk of clamping stagnation of a mechanical line system is also avoided.
