The catapult launching system is used for launching the glider in a catapult mode and comprises a mounting plate, a posture adjusting mechanism, a catapult mechanism and a base. The mounting plate is used for placing the glider; the posture adjusting mechanism is connected with the mounting plate and the ejection mechanism, and the posture adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the mounting plate; the ejection mechanism is connected with the base and used for enabling the posture adjusting mechanism and the mounting plate to move synchronously so as to eject and throw the glider. After the catapult launching system completes the current catapult launching task, the catapult launching system can be rapidly reset, and the catapult launching efficiency of the underwater glider is improved; the catapulting mechanism and the posture adjusting mechanism work cooperatively so that the glider can obtain the optimal dampening speed and posture, the impact load borne by the glider in the water entering process is reduced, and the safety of catapulting and launching the glider is guaranteed.
