The electronic switch module comprises a first electronic switch S1, a second electronic switch S2, a third electronic switch S3, a fourth electronic switch S4, a fifth electronic switch S5, a sixth electronic switch S6, a seventh electronic switch S7 and an eighth electronic switch S8; the capacitor module comprises a first capacitor C0 and a second capacitor C1; the inductor module comprises a first inductor La, a second inductor Lb and a third inductor Lc. According to the invention, by designing the motor inductor charging and discharging topology, the system cost is reduced, and the reuse rate of the system is improved. Meanwhile, the topology can also be used for converting the electric energy of a vehicle-mounted battery into a certain voltage to be output, and can be used as a power supply.
