The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the stator slot number of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the pole pair number of a rotor and the segment number of rotor skew poles; based on the number of stator slots, the number of pole pairs and the number of segments, determining a rotor segment skew-stage angle under the no-load working condition; and determining the rotor segmentation skew angle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor under the load working condition based on the rotor segmentation skew angle under the no-load working condition, the stator slot number and the pole pair number. According to the invention, the zero-order radial force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in a load state can be inhibited to the maximum extent, and the driving experience of an electric automobile adopting the permanent magnet synchronous motor is improved.
