A method for voltage harmonic injection of a permanent magnet synchronous motor of an electric vehicle comprises the following steps of S1, screening out working areas of rotating speed and torque when noise and vibration quantity are large; s2, designing data points needing to be calibrated for harmonic voltage injection, sequentially testing fifth harmonic voltage and seventh harmonic voltage, and recording amplitude and phase angle information of the fifth harmonic injection voltage and the seventh harmonic injection voltage into a two-dimensional program table; s3, calculating to obtain a d-axis total voltage ud and a q-axis total voltage uq with fifth and seventh harmonics; and S4, inversely finding out the amplitude and phase of the harmonic injection voltage needing to be compensated through the two-dimensional program table. The method directly compensates the given quantity of the quadrature-direct axis voltage, has low requirements on hardware performance such as the calculation speed of a main chip, is not influenced by the carrier frequency, can enlarge the rotating speed range of harmonic injection, and is easy to implement and good in actual measurement control effect.

    一种电动车永磁同步电机电压谐波注入的方法,包括如下步骤,S1:筛选出噪音和振动量较大时的转速和转矩的工作区域;S2:设计谐波电压注入需要标定的数据点,依次测试5次谐波电压和7次谐波电压,将5次和7次谐波注入电压的幅值和相位角信息记录到二维程序表格中;S3:计算得到带5次和7次谐波的d轴总电压ud和q轴总电压uq;S4:通过二维程序表格反查出需要补偿的谐波注入电压幅值和相位。该方法直接补偿交直轴电压给定量,对主芯片计算速度等硬件性能要求低,不受载频高低影响,可扩大谐波注入的转速范围,且方法易实施,实测控制效果好。
