The invention relates to a liquid cooling plate, a battery thermal management system and a control method of the battery thermal management system. The liquid cooling plate comprises an upper shell plate, a lower shell plate, a thermal insulation plate and a liquid absorption core, the upper shell plate and the lower shell plate are separated through a heat insulation plate, an upper cavity is formed between the upper shell plate and the heat insulation plate, and a lower cavity is formed between the lower shell plate and the heat insulation plate. The upper cavity is filled with a gas refrigerant and provided with an upper connector used for being connected to an air conditioner compressor. The lower cavity is filled with a liquid refrigerant and provided with a lower connector used for being connected to the two-way electronic expansion valve. The liquid absorption core penetrates through the heat insulation plate, the upper end of the liquid absorption core is located in the upper cavity, and the lower end of the liquid absorption core is located in the lower cavity and soaked in the liquid refrigerant. According to the invention, the two functional requirements of refrigeration and heating can be simultaneously realized, and the problems that the battery system is discounted in alpine regions and cold winter and the battery system is prone to thermal runaway during high-temperature operation are solved.

    本发明涉及一种液冷板、一种电池热管理系统及其控制方法,液冷板包括上壳板、下壳板、隔热板和吸液芯;上壳板和下壳板之间通过隔热板分隔,上壳板和隔热板之间形成上部腔体,下壳板和隔热板之间形成下部腔体;上部腔体内填充有气体冷媒,上部腔体设有用于连接至空调压缩机的上接头;下部腔体内填充有液体冷媒,下部腔体设有用于连接至双向电子膨胀阀的下接头;吸液芯穿设于隔热板,其上端位于上部腔体内,下端位于下部腔体内且浸润于液体冷媒。本发明可同时实现制冷、制热两种功能需求,满足电池系统在高寒地区以及寒冬时节车辆电池系统电量打折扣和高温运行电池系统容易出现热失控的问题。
