The liquid cooling plate comprises a liquid inlet flow channel and a plurality of shunt flow channels arranged in parallel, wherein the inlet ends of the shunt flow channels are communicated with the liquid inlet flow channel, and the inlet ends are arranged in the axis direction of the liquid inlet flow channel; the flow dividing flow channel with the minimum distance from the inlet of the liquid inlet flow channel is a starting end flow dividing flow channel; and the liquid inlet flow channel is internally provided with a splitter plate, the splitter plate extends in the axis direction of the liquid inlet flow channel, the outer end of the splitter plate is closer to an inlet of the liquid inlet flow channel than the initial end splitter flow channel, and the inner end of the splitter plate is located in the middle area of the liquid inlet flow channel in the axis direction of the liquid inlet flow channel. The structural design of the liquid cooling plate can improve the heat dissipation effect of the battery system and ensure the uniformity of temperature distribution of the battery system, thereby improving the performance of the battery system.
