The invention discloses a bidirectional flow channel battery cooling plate and a liquid cooling power battery module, the cooling plate comprises a first flow channel and a second flow channel which are arranged in parallel, the first flow channel and the second flow channel are both S-shaped flow channels, the first flow channel and the second flow channel are arranged at an equal interval, and the flow directions of liquid cooling media of the first flow channel and the second flow channel are opposite. The invention further discloses the power battery module with the liquid cooling assembly, the power battery module comprises battery cells, insulating heat-conducting fins, cooling plates, busbars and a fixing sleeve, the battery cells are arranged in parallel at certain intervals, the busbars are buckled at tab positions, the outer sides of the busbars are limited and fixed through the fixing sleeve, and the insulating heat-conducting fins and the cooling plates are sequentially arranged on two sides. According to the invention, the temperature difference in the battery module is further reduced while the temperature of the battery is controlled within a reasonable range.

    本发明公开了一种双向流道电池冷却板及液冷动力电池模组,这种冷却板包含并行设置的第一流道以及第二流道,第一流道和第二流道均为S形流道,第一流道和第二流道等间距设置,且第一流道和第二流道的液冷介质的流向相反;本发明还公开了一种带液冷组件的动力电池模组,其包括电池单体、绝缘导热片、冷却板、汇流排以及固定套件,电池单体并行排列且留有一定间隔,极耳位置扣装汇流排,其外侧通过固定套件限位固定,并在两侧依次设置绝缘导热片和冷却板。本发明能将电池温度控制在合理范围内的同时,进一步降低了电池模组内的温差。
