The non-ionic activating agent potassium oleate is adopted to replace aromatic hydrocarbon oil to serve as the tread rubber material of the plasticizer, the tread rubber material is environmentally friendly, free of toxicity, free of benzene ring structures, free of non-renewable resources such as petroleum and the like as production raw materials, easier to store and transport, more environmentally friendly and energy-saving, the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of vulcanized rubber reach the best balance, and the service life of the tire is prolonged. The physical and mechanical properties and the anti-aging capability are also improved.
