The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber tire composite materials, and provides an environment-friendly tire tread composite material which is prepared from the following rubber materials in parts by weight: 0-50 parts of natural rubber, 0-50 parts of butadiene rubber, 50-100 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 0-80 parts of white carbon black, 0-30 parts of carbon black, 1-10 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0-10 parts of aromatic oil, 3-10 parts of a nonionic activator and 1-5 parts of stearic acid. 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1-15 parts of tackifying resin, 1-2 parts of an accelerant and 1-3 parts of sulfur. The non-ionic activating agent potassium oleate is adopted to replace aromatic hydrocarbon oil to serve as the tread rubber material of the plasticizer, the tread rubber material is environmentally friendly, free of toxicity, free of benzene ring structures, free of non-renewable resources such as petroleum and the like as production raw materials, easier to store and transport, more environmentally friendly and energy-saving, the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of vulcanized rubber reach the best balance, and the service life of the tire is prolonged. The physical and mechanical properties and the anti-aging capability are also improved.
