The arm support serves as a main bearing component of the crane, a hoisting mechanism used for winding and unwinding a steel wire rope is arranged at the arm tail of the arm support, a hook pulley is arranged at the arm head of the arm support, and the steel wire rope needs to be pulled to the arm head from the arm tail by an operator and penetrates through the hook pulley. In the fiber pulling process, the steel wire rope can make contact with the arm frame due to the gravity of the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope is supported upwards through the fiber pulling supporting module, and therefore the arm frame is prevented from being abraded by the steel wire rope in the fiber pulling process; moreover, a manual fiber pulling mode is replaced by the fiber pulling power module, so that manpower is saved, and the fiber pulling speed is increased.
