The invention belongs to the field of steel wire rope pulling of cranes, and particularly relates to a pulling fiber jacking device which comprises a supporting assembly and an adjusting assembly, and the supporting assembly is in sliding fit with a steel wire rope and used for supporting the steel wire rope; the adjusting assembly is connected with the supporting assembly and used for adjusting the supporting position of the supporting assembly. The boom is used as a main bearing component of the crane, a hoisting mechanism used for winding and unwinding a steel wire rope is arranged at the boom tail of the boom, a hook pulley is arranged at the boom head of the boom, and the steel wire rope on the hoisting mechanism needs to be pulled to the boom head from the boom tail by an operator and penetrates through the hook pulley. The hoisting mechanism and the steel wire rope are used for stretching and bearing the lifting hook pulley, so that an object is hoisted. In the fiber pulling process, the steel wire rope can make contact with the arm frame due to the gravity of the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope is supported upwards through the supporting assembly, the steel wire rope and the arm frame are separated in the fiber pulling process, and then the steel wire rope is prevented from abrading the arm frame.
