The invention discloses a speed control device for emergency rescue of an elevator without a machine room. A star sealing circuit comprises a U-phase access circuit, a V-phase access circuit and a W-phase access circuit which are respectively connected with a U-phase access end, a V-phase access end and a W-phase access end in a permanent magnet synchronous motor; when the MCU main control module receives the power failure signal and the rescue starting signal, the MCU main control module sends a low level signal to each phase access circuit in the star sealing circuit; each phase access circuit controls a corresponding access end to be connected to the same signal ground based on a corresponding low-level signal, so that a three-phase winding of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is short-circuited, and star sealing braking is realized; meanwhile, after the MCU master control module sends out the low-level signal, the MCU master control module controls the inversion module to output starting voltage to a traction machine brake so as to relieve braking of a traction wheel in the motor star sealing braking period, and therefore the lift car can still move at the low and constant safety speed in the power-off state, and the safety of elevator rescue is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于无机房电梯应急救援的速度控制装置,所述封星电路包括分别与永磁同步电机中U相接入端、V相接入端、W相接入端连接的U相接入电路、V相接入电路与W相接入电路;所述MCU主控模块,在接收到停电信号与救援启动信号时,向封星电路中的各相接入电路发送低电平信号;各相接入电路基于对应的低电平信号控制对应的接入端接至同一个信号地,使永磁同步电机的三相绕组短接,从而实现封星制动;同时,所述MCU主控模块,在发出低电平信号后,控制逆变模块向曳引机制动器输出启动电压以在电机封星制动期间解除曳引轮的制动,从而实现轿厢能够在无电状态下仍能保持在一个较低且恒定的安全速度下移动,提高了电梯救援的安全性。
