The invention discloses an aircraft sun vector ground motion simulation method, device and equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the following steps: constructing a first calibration coordinate system, and controlling a three-axis turntable to be adjusted to an initial state according to the first calibration coordinate system; constructing an aircraft body coordinate system; wherein the three axes of the aircraft body coordinate system and the first calibration coordinate system are in the same direction; constructing a second calibration coordinate system on the spacecraft model; wherein one axial direction of the second calibration coordinate system is the same as the direction of a sun vector, and the sun vector is the direction of light emitted by the solar simulator; obtaining a conversion matrix between the second calibration coordinate system and the aircraft body coordinate system; according to the conversion matrix, the rolling angle, the pitch angle and the yaw angle used for adjusting the three-axis rotary table are obtained so that the relative pose of the spacecraft model and the sun vector can be simulated, and the method has the advantage that the sun vector space position simulation accuracy can be improved.
