The method comprises the following steps: determining at least one test environment stress of aircraft equipment of an aircraft in a first test according to flight environment characteristics of the aircraft in a near space; determining at least one test working stress of aircraft equipment of the aircraft in the first test according to the flight working characteristics of the aircraft in the near space; according to the test environment stress and the test working stress, target test stress of a first test is determined, and the target test stress is used for representing flight stress matched with actual flight conditions of the aircraft in the first test; and according to the target test stress, generating a target test stress relational graph of the first test for the aircraft equipment. Therefore, the flight safety of the aircraft after subsequent equipment loading is greatly improved.
