The invention discloses an aircraft tire dynamic characteristic testing method and equipment for an aircraft ground test, and the method comprises the steps: S1, carrying out a pre-test to obtain an F-s curve, S2, correcting a test load force, and S3, calculating a result to obtain the rigidity and damping coefficient of an aircraft tire. The influence on rigidity and damping test results is avoided; by loading displacement of +/-10%, the elastic deformation characteristics of the aircraft tire can be represented, so that a load/displacement curve obtained by fitting is approximate to a straight line, and the precision of a calculation result is improved; and loading is carried out according to 80% of the maximum displacement of the aircraft tire without sideslip, so that the requirement of damping measurement and calculation is considered, a linear section with better fitting can be obtained for rigidity calculation, and scientific and reasonable calculation of the mechanical characteristics of the aircraft tire can be facilitated.
本发明公开了飞机地面试验用航空轮胎动力学特性测试方法及装备,所述方法包括:S1、预试验,获得F~s曲线,S2、矫正试验载荷力,S3、结果计算,得到航空轮胎的刚度、阻尼系数,本发明通过航空轮胎侧滑的判定,可以矫正试验载荷力,避免影响刚度与阻尼的测试结果;通过加载位移±10%,可以表征航空轮胎的弹性变形特征,使拟合获得的载荷/位移曲线近似为直线,提高计算结果精度;且按照航空轮胎未发生侧滑的最大位移80%进行加载,既兼顾了阻尼测算的需要,也能获得拟合较好的线性段进行刚度计算,能够有利于对航空轮胎力学特性进行科学且合理地计算。
