The invention provides a permanent magnet track state detection system, and belongs to the technical field of track detection, permanent magnet tracks are oppositely arranged on a web plate of an inverted U-shaped box girder, and the permanent magnet track state detection system comprises a mounting rack which is located in the inverted U-shaped box girder and can move along the extension direction of the permanent magnet tracks; the two image acquisition mechanisms are arranged on the mounting frame, are positioned above the corresponding permanent magnet tracks and are used for acquiring images of the upper surfaces and the two side surfaces of the permanent magnet tracks; the distance acquisition mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame, is positioned between the two permanent magnet tracks and is used for acquiring the distance between the permanent magnet tracks; and the two magnetic field intensity acquisition mechanisms are arranged on the mounting frame, are positioned above the corresponding permanent magnet tracks and are used for acquiring the magnetic field intensity of the upper surfaces of the permanent magnet tracks. The system is simple in structure and low in detection cost, the state of the permanent magnet track is comprehensively monitored by collecting the image, the distance and the magnetic field intensity of the permanent magnet track, and the maintenance efficiency of the track is improved.

    本发明提供一种永磁轨道状态检测系统,属于轨道检测技术领域,永磁轨道相对设置在倒U型箱梁的腹板上,包括:安装架,位于倒U型箱梁内,能沿永磁轨道的延伸方向移动;两个图像采集机构,设置在安装架上,位于对应的永磁轨道上方,用于采集永磁轨道的上表面和两个侧面的图像;距离采集机构,设置在安装架上,位于两根永磁轨道之间,用于采集永磁轨道之间的间距;两个磁场强度采集机构,设置在安装架上,位于对应的永磁轨道上方,用于采集永磁轨道的上表面的磁场强度。本发明系统结构简单,检测成本低,通过采集永磁轨道的图像、间距和磁场强度,实现对永磁轨道状态的全面监测,提高轨道维护效率。
