The invention discloses a charging monitoring system of a charging pile. The charging monitoring system comprises a monitoring background and a plurality of area monitoring modules located in different charging sites. Each area monitoring module comprises an area monitoring center and a plurality of charging pile monitoring units, each charging pile monitoring unit corresponds to one charging pile, and the charging pile monitoring units are used for collecting communication messages and charging parameters of the charging piles in the charging process and transmitting the communication messages and the charging parameters to the area monitoring centers; after charging is finished, billing information of the charging pile is transmitted to the regional monitoring center; the regional monitoring center is used for uploading a real-time communication message of each charging pile to the monitoring background in the charging process, calculating standard charging information after charging is finished, comparing the standard charging information with the charging information transmitted by the charging piles, judging whether an error exists or not, and sending early warning information to the monitoring background when the error exists. According to the invention, unified monitoring of different charging pile sites can be realized, and billing error conditions can be effectively monitored and early warning can be carried out.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩的充电监控系统:包括监控后台和多个位于不同充电场地的区域监控模块;每一个区域监控模块包括区域监控中心和多个充电桩监控单元,每一个充电桩监控单元对应于一个充电桩,充电桩监控单元用于在充电过程中对充电桩进行通讯报文、充电参数进行采集,并传输给区域监控中心,在充电结束后将充电桩的计费信息传输给区域监控中心;所述区域监控中心用于在充电过程中将每一个充电桩的实时通讯报文上传到监控后台,并在充电结束后计算出标准计费信息与充电桩传输的计费信息进行对比,判断是否有错误,在有错误时,向监控后台发送预警信息。本发明能够实现不同充电桩场地的统一监控,并且能够有效监控计费错误情况并进行预警。
