The invention provides a charging pile monitoring method and device, a processor and a charging pile system.The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a charging pile is in an FOTA mode, working parameters of the charging pile are detected, and the working parameters comprise at least one of the working temperature, the pile door opening and closing state, the working current and the working voltage; under the condition that the working parameters do not meet the safety requirements, first request information requesting to quit the FOTA mode is sent to a remote communication terminal of the charging pile, so that the remote communication terminal responds to the first request information to quit the FOTA mode; and under the condition that the charging pile is switched from the FOTA mode to a non-FOTA mode, preset information is sent to a battery management system of the charging pile, so that the battery management system responds to the preset information and is disconnected with an external power supply, and the non-FOTA mode is a working mode which is not in the FOTA mode. The problem that potential safety hazards exist when the charging pile is in the FOTA mode is solved.

    本申请提供了一种充电桩的监控方法、监控装置、处理器和充电桩系统,该方法包括:在充电桩处于FOTA模式的情况下,检测充电桩的工作参数,工作参数包括工作温度、桩门开关状态、工作电流以及工作电压中至少之一;在工作参数不满足安全要求的情况下,发送请求退出FOTA模式的第一请求信息至充电桩的远程通信终端,以使得远程通信终端响应于第一请求信息退出FOTA模式;在充电桩从FOTA模式切换为非FOTA模式的情况下,发送预设信息至充电桩的电池管理系统,以使得电池管理系统响应于预设信息,断开与外部电源的连接,非FOTA模式为未处于FOTA模式的工作模式。本申请解决了充电桩处于FOTA模式时存在安全隐患的问题。
