The invention provides a ship curved plate forming process data simulation method and system, a medium and equipment. The simulation method comprises the steps that a curved plate forming engineering database is constructed, a plurality of sets of data are selected, a plurality of curved plate forming nonlinear finite element simulation models are constructed, and simulation precision influence factors are set; performing simulation analysis on the model to obtain simulation output elements; comparing and analyzing the simulation output elements and the standard output elements, and repairing the simulation precision influence factors to obtain a series of precision influence factor clusters; based on the precision influence factor cluster, large-batch finite element analysis is carried out on different curved plates, and a curved plate forming simulation database is constructed; constructing an AI network by taking the input elements as input and the output elements as output based on the curved plate forming simulation database, and training to obtain a curved plate forming simulation data model; and inputting a preset input element into the curved plate forming simulation data model to obtain a predicted output element. According to the simulation method disclosed by the invention, the output elements of the corresponding curved plate can be quickly obtained without carrying out a nonlinear finite element simulation process which is relatively long in time consumption.
