The invention relates to the technical field of barrel section structure assembling, in particular to an efficient and accurate large barrel section structure butt joint assembling and adjusting tool which comprises a tool cart, a movable support and a vibration source assembly, the tool cart is used for connecting and supporting the vibration source assembly and achieving connection between the vibration source assembly and a barrel section structure, the movable support is used for placing the vibration source assembly, and the movable support is used for placing the vibration source assembly. According to the invention, efficient and accurate loading and unloading of the vibration source and the counterweight module are realized, and the test cost and the safety risk are greatly reduced. In the aspect of butt joint positioning, the method does not completely depend on artificial experience and visual sense, more accurate and stable connection is achieved through the design of the tool, and the problems existing in the prior art are effectively solved.
