The invention discloses a front fuselage barrel section butt joint low-stress assembly method, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly. According to the method, a clamping plate structure form of a front fuselage general assembly tool is changed, a small organ type suction cup is laid and installed to adsorb a product with a plate, a vacuum tank and a vacuum pump serve as a wind power supply system, and an electric appliance system is assisted to provide control, inspection and alarm of air pressure of an air source, so that the butt joint process of front fuselage barrel sections is achieved. A tensile force generated when the vacuum suction cup adsorbs the barrel section product does not generate local deformation influence on the skin, and compared with a physical rigid clamp, due to the fact that the suction force is controllable, stress damage to the barrel section product cannot be generated.

    前机身桶段对接低应力装配方法,属于飞机装配技术领域。该方法是通过更改前机身总装装配工装的卡板结构形式,铺设安装小型风琴式吸盘来吸附带板产品,通过真空罐加真空泵作为风力的供给系统,并辅助电器系统提供气源气压的控制、检查及报警来实现前机身桶段的对接过程。真空吸盘吸附桶段产品产生的拉力不对蒙皮产生局部变形影响,跟物理刚性夹具相对比,因为吸力大小是可控的,对桶段产品不会产生应力损坏。
