The invention discloses a rotating wheel hoisting method during transformation of an axial-flow movable paddle type water-turbine generator set. The rotating wheel hoisting method comprises the following steps: 1, calculating the elevation of a rotating wheel; secondly, the hoisted rotating wheel is fixed to a foundation through a plurality of hanging tools, the levelness, the elevation and the center of the rotating wheel are adjusted, and a point on a bottom ring is taken as a rear view point; thirdly, a water turbine shaft, a supporting cover, a generator shaft, a thrust support, a thrust bearing and a runner plate are hoisted; 4, the rotor is hoisted and placed on a brake, and the elevation installation of the brake needs to ensure that two experience gap values delta and gamma are reserved between a rotor thrust block and a runner plate and between a rotor flange and a generator shaft; and fifthly, after the rotor is hoisted, the thrust block and the runner plate are combined, and in the stress conversion process, a pin coupling bolt is used for slow stretching and seam closing. The device is used for solving the problems that the new runner and the old runner are different in size during runner hoisting, the rotor elevation is not easy to determine, and assembly is affected.
一种轴流转桨式水轮发电机组改造时转轮吊装方法,包括如下步骤:第一步:计算转轮高程;第二步:将吊装后的转轮使用多个悬挂工装固定在基础上,并对转轮的水平、高程和中心进行调整,并取底环上的一个点作为后视点;第三步:吊装水轮机轴、支持盖、发电机轴、推力支架、推力轴承和镜板;第四步:将转子吊装放置在制动器上,制动器的高程安装要确保转子推力头与镜板之间、转子法兰与发电机轴之间预留两个经验间隙值δ和γ;第五步:转子吊装完成后,将推力头和镜板组合,待受力转换过程中利用销钉联轴螺栓缓慢拉伸合缝。本发明用于解决转轮吊装时,新转轮与旧转轮尺寸不同,转子高程不好确定,影响装配的问题。
