A hoisting and overhauling method for an axial flow propeller type unit comprises the steps that S1, a lifting rope and a plurality of chain blocks are symmetrically hung on a bridge crane hoisting hook, then the lifting rope is connected with the upper end of a unit main shaft, and the chain blocks are connected with a unit supporting cover; s2, the bridge crane integrally hoists the supporting cover, the rotating wheel and the main shaft to the first supporting upset; s3, after the two half type supporting rings on the supporting cover are detached, the supporting cover is pulled by a plurality of chain blocks to move upwards by 1800 mm or above, so that a connecting screw of the main shaft and the rotating wheel is exposed; s4, after connecting screws of the main shaft and the rotating wheel are detached through a hydraulic wrench, the main shaft and the supporting cover are hoisted to the second buttress through the crane, the main shaft and the second buttress are fixedly connected through bolts, and the rotating wheel is left on the first buttress; and S7, the main shaft is overhauled. The problems of the supporting mode of rotating parts below the main shaft and the hoisting mode of the supporting cover, the rotating wheel and the main shaft are solved.
一种轴流转浆式机组吊装检修方法,S1:将吊绳和多个手拉葫芦对称悬挂在桥机起重钩上,而后将吊绳连接机组主轴上端,手拉葫芦连接机组支撑盖;S2:桥机将支撑盖、转轮和主轴整体一起吊装到第一支镦上;S3:拆除支撑盖上的两半式支撑环后,由多个手拉葫芦拉动支撑盖上行1800mm以上,以露出主轴与转轮的连接螺丝;S4:使用液压扳手将主轴与转轮的连接螺丝拆除后,吊机将主轴和支撑盖吊装到第二支墩上,并将螺栓将主轴与第二支墩固定连接,转轮留在第一支墩上;S7:对主轴进行检修。本发明解决主轴以下转动部件支撑方式以及支撑盖、转轮、主轴吊装方式的难题。
