The invention discloses a continuous casting tundish residual steel moving-out method, and relates to the technical field of steelmaking, the continuous casting tundish residual steel moving-out method comprises the steps that a connecting piece is prefabricated, the connecting piece comprises a plate body, a lifting hole is formed in one end of the plate body in the length direction of the plate body, and a solidification hole is formed in the other end of the plate body in the length direction of the plate body; after pouring of the tundish is finished, the connecting piece is put into the tundish through a travelling crane, and the solidification hole extends into the residual steel of the tundish; and after the tundish residual steel is solidified, the tundish residual steel which is still in a high-temperature state is lifted out through the connecting piece by using a travelling crane. According to the method, the purpose of lifting out the residual steel from the tundish is achieved, a traditional mode that rotating and dumping devices are used for moving out the residual steel from the tundish is replaced, dependence on core equipment is reduced or replaced, normal recycling of the tundish is achieved, and continuous production of steelmaking is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种连铸中间包余钢的移出方法,涉及炼钢技术领域,包括:预制连接件,所述连接件包括板体,所述板体,所述板体上沿其长度方向的一端开设有吊孔,所述板体上沿其长度方向的另一端开设有凝固孔;中间包浇注结束后,使用行车将连接件放入中间包内,并使凝固孔伸至中间包余钢内;中间包余钢凝固后,使用行车通过连接件将尚处于高温状态的中间包余钢吊出。本发明以从中间包中吊出余钢为目的,替代传统使用旋转和倾倒装置移出中间包余钢,降低或替代对核心设备的依赖,实现了中间包正常循环使用,保证了炼钢的连续生产。
