A lifting hook ring pulls an anti-falling chain to ascend, the anti-falling chain pulls a balance rod to move through an annular gravity plate, the balance rod drives a lifting clamping plate to ascend, the lifting clamping plate drives a placing base to ascend through a convex sliding block, and in the ascending process, due to the gravity of an electric appliance box, the lifting clamping plate slides in a concave sliding groove through the convex sliding block; according to the lifting device, the lifting clamping plates on the two sides of the electric appliance box can clamp the electric appliance box, the lifting clamping plates drive the expansion air bags to make contact with the electric appliance box, the expansion air bags prevent the electric appliance box from being damaged in the clamping process of the lifting clamping plates, the lifted electric appliance box cannot be damaged, and the problems that the electric appliance box shakes and falls off of the lifting device are solved.

    本发明涉及起吊设备技术领域,具体为一种电力电器柜施工搬运用起吊装置及其起吊方法,包括放置底座,放置底座的顶部开设有凹滑槽,凹滑槽的内壁滑动连接有凸滑块。本发明,吊钩环拉动防坠链上升,防坠链通过环形重力板拉动平衡杆进行移动,平衡杆带动起吊夹板进行上升,起吊夹板通过凸滑块带动放置底座进行上升,在上升的过程中,由于电器箱的重力,使起吊夹板通过凸滑块在凹滑槽内进行滑动,可以使电器箱两侧的起吊夹板对其进行夹持,起吊夹板带动膨胀气囊与电气箱接触,膨胀气囊防止在起吊夹板夹持过程中使电气箱损坏,不会对被起吊的电器柜产生损坏,避免起吊装置出现电器箱晃动和掉落的问题。
