The invention provides a switch cabinet hoisting mechanism, a hoisting method and a switch cabinet, which are used for hoisting the switch cabinet from the outside to the inside through a window and solving the problems of difficult indoor and outdoor matching, low hoisting control accuracy and personal safety and property loss accidents during hoisting. The hoisting mechanism comprises a supporting piece, a cabinet top hoisting piece and a cabinet side hoisting piece. The supporting piece is hung on the hanging arm through a steel wire main rope; the cabinet top hanging piece comprises a hanging rope and an auxiliary rope, the two ends of the auxiliary rope are installed on the cabinet top and the cabinet side wall, and the auxiliary rope is hooked by the hanging rope. The cabinet side hanging piece comprises a winch, and a steel wire rope of the winch hooks the cabinet side wall of the switch cabinet. The top of the lifting rope and the winch are both installed on the supporting piece. When the winch is in a non-working mode, the switch cabinet is vertically hoisted by the cabinet top hoisting piece, and a steel wire rope of the winch does not apply tension to the hoisting ring; in the working mode, the winch adjusts the unwinding length of the steel wire rope so as to be matched with the cabinet top hanger to change the inclination angle of the switch cabinet, so that the switch cabinet obliquely extends into the window.
