The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a tilt-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle and a wing assembly thereof, the wing assembly is used for being installed on a fuselage of the tilt-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, and the wing assembly comprises a wing used for being installed on the fuselage and a tilt-rotor assembly installed on the wing; the undercarriage is mounted on the tilting rotor wing assembly; the tilting rotor wing assembly comprises a rotor wing mechanism and a support assembly, and the support assembly is integrally in a hollow cylinder shape. The support assembly is installed on the wing, the rotor wing mechanism is installed on the support assembly, and the rotor wing mechanism can rotate relative to the support assembly. The undercarriage is mounted on the tilt rotor assembly, so that the undercarriage of the tilt rotor unmanned aerial vehicle can be folded.
