The invention discloses a steer-by-wire system of an articulated mine truck and a redundant device. A steer-by-wire controller receives a steering wheel sensor signal, a torque sensor signal and an angle signal at an articulated position; when a vehicle steers leftwards and a steering motor controls a steering wheel to steer leftwards, pilot oil of a hydraulic steering gear enters a flow amplifier to push a flow reversing valve to move rightwards, the rightward movement amount is controlled by the steering motor, and oil from a steering pump enters a rod cavity of a left steering cylinder and a rodless cavity of a right steering cylinder along with rightward movement of the reversing valve; therefore, the articulated vehicle is controlled to turn left; when a vehicle steers rightwards, pilot oil of a hydraulic steering gear enters a flow amplifier to push a flow reversing valve to move leftwards, and the leftward moving amount is controlled by a steering motor; and the reversing valve moves leftwards. According to the steer-by-wire system and the redundancy device of the hinged mine truck, the mine production efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, the intelligence of the mine truck is improved, a redundancy design scheme is adopted, and the stability and the safety of the steer-by-wire system are improved.
本发明公开了一种铰接式矿用车的线控转向系统及冗余装置,线控控制器接收方向盘传感器信号、扭矩传感器信号、铰接处的角度信号;车辆进行左转向时,转向电机操纵方向盘向左转向时,液压转向器先导油进入流量放大器,推动流量换向阀右移,右移的量由转向电机控制,随着换向阀的右移,从转向泵来的油会进入左转缸的有杆腔和右转缸的无杆腔,从而控制铰接车进行左转;车辆进行右转向时,液压转向器先导油进入流量放大器,推动流量换向阀左移,左移的量由转向电机控制;随着换向阀的左移。该铰接式矿用车的线控转向系统及冗余装置,提高矿方生产效率,降低成本,提高矿用车辆智能化,采用冗余设计方案,提高线控系统稳定性,提高安全性。
