The invention discloses a battery pack overdischarge protection method, which has the main design concept that a vehicle control unit is used as a control main body, and different levels of protection strategies are executed according to the minimum voltage and the total voltage of a module as overdischarge; and the battery pack is triggered and slowly discharged relative to a normal working condition or the power supply is cut off after discharging in a relatively short time period, so that the problem that the over-discharge cannot be timely and accurately diagnosed and processed when the battery controller serving as a main body fails in the past is solved, and the battery pack is reliably protected. In order to prevent overdischarge of the battery pack, a multi-stage protection strategy is adopted, the false alarm probability is reduced, the vehicle control unit replaces a voltage controller to serve as a power cut-off mechanism master control, and by means of the measures, the driving experience of a user can be remarkably improved through actual verification and testing.
本发明公开了一种电池包过放电保护方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,以整车控制器作为控制主体,并依据模块最低电压和总压作为过放电的执行不同级别的保护策略:当实测电压触发预设的不同电压阈值时,触发并使电池包相对正常工况缓慢放电或在较短时段内放电后再切断动力供电,由此解决了以往作为主体的电池控制器在出现失效故障时无法及时、准确诊断并处理过放电的问题,以此可靠保护了电池包。本发明为防止电池包过放电通过多级防护策略,降低误报几率并由整车控制器替换电压控制器作为动力切断机制总控,由上述措施,经实际验证测试可以显著改善用户的驾乘体验。
