And front and rear wheel driving motor mapping vehicle speed data information is obtained. Self-adaptive distribution of torque is achieved, the self-adaptive performance of the vehicle to different operation scenes is improved, and the situation that vehicle driving wheels excessively slip and are abraded in the running process, and durability loss of the wheels is caused is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种应用于无人集卡的扭矩分配方法、系统及介质,所述方法包括:U1.车辆行驶在道路上,基于车载轮速传感器实时获取前后轮的车速数据信息,基于车载驱动电机转速传感器实时获取前后轮驱动电机转速数据信息;U2.基于所述前后轮的车速数据信息,采用改进的抗扰平均值滤波算法对整车的有效车速进行推算,得到整车的有效车速数据信息,基于所述前后轮驱动电机转速数据信息,采用驱动电机映射车速算法对电机对应的驱动车速进行推算,得到前后轮驱动电机映射车速数据信息。本发明不仅实现扭矩的自适应分配,提升车辆对不同作业场景的自适应性能,而且避免车辆驱动轮在行驶过程中过度打滑磨损,造成车轮耐久损失。
