The invention relates to the technical field of power dispatching, and provides an electric vehicle charging control method and system considering load balance, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting transformer area basic historical load data and transformer area photovoltaic historical output data; calculating a transformer area basic source load curve, and dividing the transformer area basic source load curve into n time control intervals with equal time intervals; calculating the maximum load of any time control interval; setting a load threshold value after the charging load of the electric vehicle is accessed, and calculating an allowable charging load of the electric vehicle based on the load threshold value and the maximum load of any time control interval; and according to the allowable charging load of the electric vehicle, the charging power of the electric vehicle in the corresponding time interval is controlled. According to the method, the charging load of the electric vehicle can be effectively controlled under the condition that load balance is considered in a transformer area.
本发明涉及电力调度技术领域,提出一种考虑负荷平衡的电动汽车充电控制方法及系统,其中包括以下步骤:采集台区基础历史负荷数据和台区光伏历史出力数据;计算台区基础源荷曲线,并对所述台区基础源荷曲线划分为n个等时间间隔的时间控制区间;计算任一时间控制区间的最大负荷;设定电动汽车充电负荷接入后的负荷阈值,基于所述负荷阈值及任一时间控制区间的最大负荷,计算电动汽车的允许充电负荷;根据所述电动汽车的允许充电负荷,对相应时间区间的电动汽车充电功率进行控制。本发明能够对台区考虑负荷平衡的情况下,实行电动汽车充电负荷有效控制。
