The invention discloses a fuel cell system, an electric vehicle and a control method thereof. The system comprises a battery pack; a cooling liquid inlet of the flow distribution part is connected with a cooling liquid outlet of the battery pack, the flow distribution part is provided with a plurality of cooling liquid outlets, and each cooling liquid outlet of the flow distribution part is provided with a valve; the cooling liquid inlets of the multiple radiators are correspondingly connected with the multiple cooling liquid outlets of the flow distribution part, and the cooling liquid outlet of each radiator is connected with the cooling liquid inlet of the battery pack; and the controller is used for acquiring target parameters for representing the cooling demand degree of the battery pack, and controlling the valve of the at least one cooling liquid outlet of the flow distribution part to be opened according to the target parameters, so that the at least one radiator cools the cooling liquid in the battery pack. According to the invention, the technical problem of lack of balance between heat dissipation energy consumption and heat dissipation efficiency control of the fuel cell is solved.
本发明公开了一种燃料电池系统、电动车辆及其控制方法,该系统包括:电池包;流量分配件,流量分配件的冷却液入口与电池包的冷却液出口连接,流量分配件设置有多个冷却液出口,且流量分配件的每个冷却液出口均设置有阀门;多个散热器,多个散热器的冷却液入口与流量分配件的多个冷却液出口对应连接,每个散热器的冷却液出口与电池包的冷却液入口连接;控制器,用于:获取用于表征电池包的降温需求程度的目标参数,并根据目标参数控制流量分配件的至少一个冷却液出口的阀门开启,以使至少一个散热器对电池包内部的冷却液进行降温。通过本发明解决了燃料电池的散热能耗与散热效率的控制缺乏平衡的技术问题。
