The invention discloses a rotatable extradosed cable-stayed concrete floating bridge module and a construction method. The rotatable extradosed cable-stayed concrete floating bridge module comprises an upper extradosed cable-stayed bridge part and a lower floating box part. The upper extradosed cable-stayed bridge comprises a stay cable, a cable saddle, a main beam, a bridge tower, a connector, an opening and closing device and a cable beam anchoring end; the lower buoyancy tank part comprises a concrete buoyancy tank, a propeller, a mooring anchor chain and a water bottom anchorage end; the adjacent modules can actively rotate horizontally, and a waterway channel is vacated, so that large ships can pass conveniently, and the convenience and safety of amphibious traffic are improved. The floating bridge has the advantages of a traditional extradosed cable-stayed bridge and a novel floating structure and is suitable for an offshore water area, and the floating bridge module can be moved and detached; the design is economical and environment-friendly, and an efficient and sustainable solution is provided for coastal water traffic.
