The anchor pulling plate comprises two side plates, the front ends of the two side plates are hinged to the two lug plates respectively, a counter-force plate is fixedly connected between the rear ends of the two side plates, the tensioning jack is arranged between the two side plates and supported on the inner side of the counter-force plate, a temporary inhaul cable is connected between each cable pulling device and a cable tower of the cable-stayed bridge, one end of the temporary inhaul cable is anchored to the top of the cable tower of the cable-stayed bridge, and the other end of the temporary inhaul cable is anchored to the top of the cable tower of the cable-stayed bridge. The other end of the tensioning rod penetrates through the counter-force plate and is connected with the tensioning jack; when the bridge deck crane hoists the steel beam of the cable-stayed bridge, the tensioning jack provides reverse tension for the front end of the bridge deck crane by tensioning the temporary inhaul cable. The rated hoisting weight of the bridge deck crane can be increased, the construction safety is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种用于大吨位斜拉桥钢梁吊装的牵索式桥面吊机及施工方法,牵索式桥面吊机每个主桁架前端两侧分别设一牵索装置,每套牵索装置包括两个耳板、一锚拉板和一张拉千斤顶,两个耳板分别焊接在主桁架顶部,锚拉板包括两侧板,两侧板前端分别与两个耳板铰接,两侧板后端间固定连接一反力板,张拉千斤顶设置在两侧板之间并支撑在反力板内侧,每套牵索装置与斜拉桥的索塔间连接一临时拉索,临时拉索一端锚固在斜拉桥的索塔顶部,另一端穿过反力板与所述张拉千斤顶连接;桥面吊机吊装斜拉桥钢梁时,张拉千斤顶通过张拉临时拉索对桥面吊机前端提供反向拉力。本发明可提高桥面吊机的额定起吊重,并保证施工安全,提高施工效率。
