The embodiment of the invention provides a thin plate segmented turning tool which comprises at least two cross beams arranged in parallel, first lifting lugs used for turning, lifting and lifting the turning tool are arranged at the ends, located on the same side, of the cross beams, and second lifting lugs are arranged at the ends, located on the same side, of the cross beams. One end of each cross beam is provided with a vertical base, the other end of each cross beam is provided with a vertical base, the vertical bases are used for positioning and storing turnover tools which are vertically arranged in a turnover mode, at least two cross beams are correspondingly provided with a plurality of grooves at intervals, second lifting lugs are embedded into the grooves, and each second lifting lug is provided with a cushion block. Wherein every two adjacent cross beams are fixedly connected through at least two vertical beams, a supporting leg used for supporting a horizontally-placed turnover tool is arranged at the position, fixedly connected with the corresponding vertical beam, of each cross beam, and the supporting legs are perpendicular to the cross beams and the vertical beams. The segmented turnover device is used for improving segmented turnover efficiency, solving the problem that segmented deformation is easily caused by thin plate turnover operation, and enabling the operation to be convenient and safe.

    本发明实施例提供了一种薄板分段翻身工装,包括:至少两根平行设置的横梁,至少两根所述横梁在处于同一侧的端部上设有用以对翻身工装进行翻身起吊提升的第一吊耳,且均在另一端部处设有用以对翻身处于竖直设置的翻身工装进行定位存放的立式底座,至少两根所述横梁上均间隔且相对应的开设有多个用以嵌入安装第二吊耳的凹槽,且设置的每个所述第二吊耳上均设有垫块;其中,相邻的两根横梁通过至少两根竖梁固定连接,且每根所述横梁在与竖梁固定连接处均设有用以对水平放置的翻身工装进行支撑的支腿,所述支腿垂直于所述横梁和所述竖梁设置。用于提高分段翻身效率、解决薄板翻身作业容易导致分段变形的问题,并使作业具备便捷性、及安全性。
