The invention discloses a special service control method and system based on a high-precision positioning terminal, and the method comprises the steps: positioning the position information of a special service vehicle in real time through a vehicle-mounted RTK terminal disposed on the special service vehicle, and transmitting the position information to a signal control system platform; the signal control system platform controls the signal lamp of the entrance lane relative to the exit lane to be in a release state, so that the special service vehicle rapidly runs to the corresponding downstream intersection, and meanwhile, whether the queuing length of the special service vehicle to pass through the entrance lane of the downstream intersection detected by the microwave radar is greater than the set maximum length threshold value is judged; and controlling the signal lamp corresponding to the downstream intersection entrance lane relative to the exit lane to be in a release state. The signal lamp scheme of the intersection is adjusted in advance before the special service vehicle arrives at the intersection, the special service vehicle is guaranteed to pass preferentially, the driving time of the special service vehicle is shortened to the maximum extent, and passing delay is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于高精度定位终端的特勤控制方法及系统,首先通过设置于特勤车辆上的车载RTK终端实时定位特勤车辆的位置信息并发送给信控系统平台,当定位特勤车辆驶入某一路口进口道的内部检测区域时,信控系统平台控制此进口道相对出口道的信号灯为放行状态,使得特勤车辆快速行驶到对应的下游路口,同时判定微波雷达检测的特勤车辆待经过下游路口进口道的排队长队是否大于设置最大长度阈值,当大于时,控制对应下游路口进口道相对出口道的信号灯为放行状态。本发明在特勤车辆到达路口之前提前调整路口的信号灯方案,保障特勤车辆优先通行,最大限度的减少特勤车辆的行驶时间,降低通行延误。
