The invention discloses an airport ground service vehicle management and control system and method based on high-precision navigation positioning. The system comprises a high-precision navigation positioning system, a ground service vehicle dispatching management and control system, a data transmission system, a vehicle control system and an attendance system. The invention also discloses an airport ground service vehicle management and control method based on high-precision navigation and positioning, and the method comprises the steps that the high-precision navigation and positioning systemobtains the real-time precise position of a vehicle through employing the Beidou/multi-sensor fusion technology, and transmits the position to the ground service vehicle scheduling system; the groundservice vehicle scheduling system distributes work content, speed and route requirements to corresponding vehicles; the real-time position information of the vehicle is obtained through the high-precision positioning system to judge the task execution condition, task resetting or braking measures are taken for the vehicle which is not executed according to the task distribution requirement, and the detailed task execution condition is recorded in the attendance system. According to the invention, traffic accidents of ground service vehicles in an airport air side area can be effectively avoided, the work efficiency of the ground service vehicles is improved, and the flight punctuality rate is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于高精导航定位的机场地勤车辆管控系统和方法,该系统包括:高精导航定位系统、地勤车辆调度管控系统、数据传输系统、车辆控制系统、考勤系统。本发明还公开了一种基于高精导航定位的机场地勤车辆管控方法,高精导航定位系统利用北斗/多传感器融合技术获得车辆的实时精确位置,将位置发送至地勤车辆调度系统;地勤车辆调度系统对相应车辆派发工作内容及速度和路线要求,并通过高精定位系统获取车辆实时位置信息以判断任务执行情况,并对于未按派发任务要求执行的车辆进行任务重置或采取制动措施,并将任务执行详细情况记录到考勤系统。该发明可有效避免机场空侧区域地勤车辆交通事故的发生,提升地勤车辆工作效率,提高航班正点率。
