The invention provides a configuration method and system of a tunnel electric slag discharging vehicle, and aims to optimize the application of the electric slag discharging vehicle in tunnel construction, improve the construction efficiency and reduce the environmental influence. By analyzing the working mode of the electric slag discharging vehicle in tunnel construction, an optimization model comprehensively considering the endurance mileage, the loading capacity and the construction requirement is constructed, constraint conditions such as the slag discharging amount, the number of times of the vehicle, the continuity and the endurance mileage are set, and the practicability and feasibility of a configuration scheme are ensured. The objective function aims at minimizing the number of slag discharging vehicles and the number of round-trip times and adapts to construction requirements under different environmental conditions. The system comprises a data input module, a model optimization module, a constraint processing module, a configuration calculation module and an output module, and can provide a scientific electric deslagging vehicle configuration scheme for a construction project, realize reasonable allocation and use of resources, reduce construction interruption risks and promote green sustainable development.
