The invention discloses a new energy electric vehicle endurance mileage estimation system and method, and belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle endurance mileage, and the system comprises a vehicle control unit, a battery management system and an instrument; the vehicle control unit equally divides the battery capacity and the standard endurance mileage into a plurality of capacity intervals and endurance intervals, calculates the corresponding theoretical mileage in a single interval according to the vehicle speed, calculates the actual mileage in the interval according to the total mileage, averages the theoretical mileage and the actual mileage to obtain self-learning interval mileage, sums the self-learning interval mileage, and calculates the self-learning interval mileage according to the sum of the self-learning interval mileage. Obtaining an initial dynamic endurance mileage; three driving cycles are introduced, an initial weight and an influence factor are set for each driving cycle, the initial weight is corrected according to the battery temperature, the influence factor is determined according to the driving state, and the remaining dynamic endurance mileage is estimated and sent to an instrument to be displayed in combination with the air conditioner starting condition. Accurate estimation of the dynamic endurance mileage is achieved, the mileage anxiety of a driver is relieved, and popularization of the electric automobile is facilitated.

    本发明公开了新能源电动汽车续航里程预估系统及方法,属于电动汽车续航里程技术领域,包括整车控制器、电池管理系统和仪表;整车控制器将电池电量和标准续航里程等分成若干个电量区间与续航区间,根据车速,计算单个区间内对应的理论行驶里程,根据总里程,计算在该区间内实际行驶里程,将两者取平均值,得到自学习区间里程,将自学习区间里程求和,得到初始动态续航里程;引入三个驾驶循环,为每个驾驶循环设置初始权重及影响因子,根据电池温度修正初始权重,根据驾驶状态确定影响因子,结合空调开启情况,预估剩余动态续航里程发送到仪表显示。实现了动态续航里程的精确预估,缓解了驾驶员“里程焦虑”,有利于电动汽车的普及。
