According to the method, a ducted dynamics module, a horizontal flight fixed wing module, a coordinate conversion module, a six-degree-of-freedom dynamics resolving module and a double-attitude sensor simulation module are included; the duct dynamic module establishes a relationship between duct thrust and engine rotating speed and establishes a relationship between each slip flow control surface deflection angle and aircraft three-axis duct control torque; the horizontal flight fixed wing module establishes an aerodynamic force and aerodynamic moment model of a horizontal flight mode; the coordinate conversion module is used for converting duct thrust, three-axis duct control torque, aerodynamic force and aerodynamic torque into a machine body coordinate system; the method has the advantages that a reliable mathematical model is provided for optimization design, the risk and cost of a flight test are reduced, and the design period of the flight control law is shortened.
